I-Temp micro-pump lasers maintain output power of 400 mW with <2 W of power consumption and remain wavelength-locked with a fiber Bragg grating, with no internal cooler needed. Designed for extended temperature operation from -40° to 85°C in broadband optical access networks, they are available with 80 μm PM980 polarization-maintaining fiber and 125 μm HI 1060 bend-insensitive single-mode fiber.
