The SF1 series LEDs integrate the company’s short-period superlattice (SPSL) technology over a 230–260 nm UV range. UV-C emitters from this series, with a peak wavelength under 235 nm and a full-width half-maximum (FWHM) of 10 nm are used for nitrate sensing applications, including water and gas sensing.
