The X-1100/2x pulsed light research system, an upgrade to the X-1100, is designed to work with pulsed xenon light.

The X-1100/2x pulsed light research system, an upgrade to the X-1100, is designed to work with pulsed xenon light. It generates 7.8 J/cm2 of radiant energy/pulse. A touchscreen interface allows the operator to program pulse energy, duration, timing, and width, and measure the actual pulse using a built-in oscilloscope.
