Retroreflective laser sensor

Feb. 1, 1996
Retroreflective sensors using Class II visible diode lasers have sensing ranges as long as 225 ft. The Omni-Beam Q45 photoelectric sensors are designed for use on conveyors and other production-line applications. A polarized version of the sensor has a range of 130 ft and is useful for glare-filled situations.
