Deformation-measurement system

Oct. 1, 1995
A noncontact system for measuring deformation, the Laser Sensor family offers compact design and high accuracy for nondestructive testing. Based on a diode laser and sensor, these devices include the SHS-94 shearing sensor, the DHS-64 ESPI sensor, which measures deformation of fields as large as 500 ¥ 500 mm, and the OSG-34 optical strain sensor.
