The RAPID NX laser is designed for industrial applications including high-value marking, surface structuring, photovoltaics manufacturing, and LED dicing.
The RAPID NX laser offers 6 W of average power at 1064 nm and a pulse width of <15 ps. Pulse energy is adjustable to 50 µJ, and repetition rate can be varied from 50 kHz to 1 MHz. It is designed for industrial applications including high-value marking, surface structuring, photovoltaics manufacturing, and LED dicing.Coherent
