The hyperSCAN polygon line scanner has utility with picosecond lasers and femtosecond lasers used in material processing at scanning speeds of up to 200 m/s. The scanner, which offers traditional galvo scan head accuracy, also features slow-axis indexing along with conventional raster-based data input.
