A 1-µm all-fiber isolator has a polarization-maintaining all-fiber structure with no free-space elements and no open optical surfaces.

A 1-µm all-fiber isolator has a polarization-maintaining all-fiber structure with no free-space elements and no open optical surfaces. It operates at 1064 and 1030 nm, and includes an integrated backward power monitoring port. It handles power > 50 W forward or backward. Isolation is > 20 dB and insertion loss is 1.5 dB.
