The SCW 1632-350R is a high-power pulsed laser diode module for optical testing applications.

The SCW 1632-350R is a high-power pulsed laser diode module for optical testing applications. Operating at 1625 nm with 350 mW optical power, it is housed in a 14-pin butterfly package. The ridge waveguide (RWG) Fabry-Perot laser diode is optically coupled to a single-mode fiber pigtail, and includes a thermoelectric cooler and an electrically isolated temperature-sensing thermistor.
