Trumpf to demonstrate ultrafast fiber laser at SPIE Photonics West 2016

Jan. 24, 2016
The TruMicro 2020 ultrafast fiber laser delivers 10 W average power at 1030 nm, with peak power of 0.5 MW.

The TruMicro 2020 ultrafast fiber laser delivers 10 W average power at 1030 nm, with peak power of 0.5 MW. The picosecond laser is optimized for applications such as foil cutting, thin film removal, and corrosion-free marking. Application process stability is ensured by closed-loop feedback control of all critical laser parameters, and the integrated high-speed optical modulator provides direct programming of pulse train format.
