Photonics West's exhibition, which will run February 16-18, will as always draw heavy traffic to an estimated 1300+ exhibitors showing their latest lasers, cameras, optics, fiber optics, software, and instrumentation, among others. The two-day BiOS Expo, part of the Biomedical Optics Symposium (BiOS; February 13-14) that occurs the weekend prior to the Photonics West kickoff, will focus on technologies and applications for imaging, diagnostics, and therapeutics, along with biosensors and other biomedical devices, components, instrumentation, and systems, according to SPIE.
Attendees walking the BiOS Expo and Photonics West exhibit floors may not be able to see each and every technology being shown at the exhibitors' booths, but the following list—broken up by category—represents a good cross-section of the products that will be showcased.
