IXYS Colorado introduces MOSFET drivers
The IXRFD630 and IXRFD631 high-power RF MOSFET drivers are CMOS high-speed, high-current gate drivers designed for MOSFETs in Class D and E RF applications and others requiring ultrafast rise and fall times or short minimum pulsewidths. They come in a surface-mount DE Series package to minimize stray lead inductance.
