Light meter from Gigahertz-Optik can qualify solid state lighting

Oct. 29, 2013
The BTS256-E light meter's sensor includes a precision photometric photodiode and diode array spectrometer to reduce uncertainty.

The BTS256-E light meter provides all necessary illuminance, color, and spectral data to fully qualify solid-state lighting and any other type light source. Its sensor includes a precision photometric photodiode and diode array spectrometer to reduce uncertainty. An electro-optical shutter for dark-signal pixel offset compensation increases the highly linear dynamic range of the CMOS diode array detector.
