The FBLD-980-10-FC-HHL 976 nm laser diode delivers 10 W output power from a 200 micron fiber and has a visible green aiming beam. Designed for medical applications, the diode comes in a small, hermetically sealed HHL package with integrated thermoelectric cooling.
