UV laser from Photonics Industries provides pulse energy of greater than 20 mJ

Nov. 13, 2014
The DM20-351 ultraviolet laser provides pulse energy of > 20 mJ at a repetition rate of 1 kHz, with beam quality of M2 ~10.

The DM20-351 UV laser provides pulse energy of > 20 mJ at a repetition rate of 1 kHz, with beam quality of M2 ~10. Pulse energy is scalable to 40 mJ in a dual-head configuration for applications such as UV (ultravioled)-induced fluorescence, particle image velocimetry, and semiconductor materials annealing for the flat-panel display industry.
