Terahertz source model TPO-1500-HP from Microtech

The TPO-1500-HP terahertz parametric oscillator or terahertz source delivers 1 mW of average and 1.5 W of peak power in a narrow spectral band around 1.5 THz. The narrow ~100 GHz spectrum fits into one of the transparency windows of the atmosphere, making it suitable for practical THz imaging applications such as security scanning, industrial process control, and bio-medical imaging.
