The 16-W BAL-1064 is a single-emitter broad-area laser diode with a width of 200 µm, containing integrated fast- and slow-axis collimation. It is designed for fiber coupling applications including handheld medical devices and material treatment. The diode is compact for applications requiring a small footprint.
