V10-1300M fiber-coupled optical transmitter modules include a 1310 nm VCSEL and a receiver module designed for the 900-1350 nm operating range. The transmitter operates up to 12.5 Gbit/s. The receiver, for rates to 40 Gbit/s, is a small-form-factor optical subassembly available as a fiber-coupled device with a test board.
