The OD-265-003 narrow-spectral-output ultraviolet light-emitting diodes (UV LEDs) feature a narrow radiation pattern and total power output of 0.5 to 0.58 mW. Designed for disinfection applications, electro-optical characteristics (at 25°C) include emission wavelengths from 260 to 270 nm, spectral bandwidth of 13 nm, and a half-intensity beam angle of 9°.
