The Photonic Professional GT 3D printer for nano- and microfabrication combines additive manufacturing and maskless lithography. The resolution, which is approximately 100 times higher compared to stereolithography, is reflected in submicrometer details down to a structure size of 200 nm, as well as the achievable surface roughness in optical quality.
