Ekspla to showcase femtosecond fiber laser at LASER World of PHOTONICS 2017
The FemtoLux 3 femtosecond fiber laser, which has utility in micromachining, surface texturing, and ophthalmic surgery applications, delivers up to 3 W of average power and up to 2 μJ of femtosecond pulse energy. The laser can generate variable burst shapes either pre-programmed or controlled in real time. An integrated pulse picker enables laser operation in a gated mode, including pulse-on-demand operation.
