The DLC TA-SHG/FHG pro DUV diode lasers have utility in testing and inspection or advanced material processing.

By providing essential wavelengths such as 193, 213, 244, or 266 nm in continuous-wave TEM00-mode quality, the DLC TA-SHG/FHG pro deep-ultraviolet (DUV) diode lasers have utility in testing and inspection or advanced material processing (for example, lithography patterning for holographic applications). They provide the necessary power levels required for these applications.
