Compact 400 and 500 mW uncooled 980 nm pump lasers are designed to enable next-generation coherent transceivers. They include 3-pin micro-pumps with up to 400 mW kink-free output power and <1 W power consumption, as well as 8-pin mini-DIL pump lasers with up to 500 mW kink-free power, polarization-maintaining fiber, and wavelength stabilization by fiber Bragg grating.
