The Planex laser, which emits the YAG wavelength of 1064 nm, offers linewidth of 15 kHz.

The Planex laser from Redfern Integrated Optics, which emits the YAG wavelength of 1064 nm, offers linewidth of 15 kHz. It is made with a combination of a gain chip and a planar lightwave circuit with an integrated Bragg grating. The resulting cavity provides up to 20 mW output power with low wavelength sensitivity to bias current and temperature.
