The Synios P2720 LED provides 940 nm output so that an infrared camera can take a photo for facial recognition in smartphones or tablets.

The Synios P2720 LED provides 940 nm output so that an infrared camera can take a photo for facial recognition in smartphones or tablets. It reduces the red glow that occurs with 850 nm light sources. It outputs 1150 mW at 1 A for a radiant intensity of 360 mW/sr. Customers can install their own optics.
