The MRSI-175Ag epoxy dispenser has multiple dispensing methods and materials, including silver-filled epoxies, conformal coating, sintering paste, thermal grease, and UV adhesive. The configurable system has a standard accuracy of 25 µm, while the MRSI-175Ag+ option offers 10-µm accuracy. Applications include optical modules and advanced packaging.
