Modulight 632.8-nm distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) laser: Booth #2167

Jan. 24, 2025

This 632.8-nm distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) laser can replace traditional helium-neon (HeNe) lasers across a wide range of applications. Features include high power output of up to 25 mW for demanding applications, and single-frequency operation with a linewidth of less than 10 MHz for high-precision applications. Various formats are available: integrated in the company's ML6600 platform with laser and temperature controls, as industry-standard 14-pin butterfly or TO-can packages, or as chip-on-submount option for OEMs.
