The Chromacity 520 femtosecond laser has use as a fixed wavelength source to deliver ultrashort pulses with pulse duration of 100 to 200 fs, repetition rate of 50 to 200 MHz, and pulse energy up to 80 nJ in the green spectral region (520 nm). Designed for use in advanced semiconductor metrology and thin-film characterization, it does not require water cooling.
