MicroSpot focusing objectives are designed for UV excimer lasers and other UV sources in on-axis laser focusing and microimaging applications. The lens elements are made from low-absorption, excimer-grade fused silica or CaF2, have antireflective coatings, and are designed for narrowband or broadband wavelengths.
