A line of 48 mm focal-length telecentric f-theta lenses for x-y galvo scanners includes the S4LFT4149/075 355 nm lens, which has a scan field of 6 × 6 mm and generates a diffraction-limited center spot diameter of 2 µm; the S4LFT4148/292 515545 nm lens with a spot diameter of 3 µm; and the S4LFT4147/328 10301090 nm lens with a spot diameter of 6 µm. All lenses are fused silica with no internal ghosts or backreflections, and can be used with ultrashort-pulse lasers.
