Deformable mirrors offering features settling times of 400 µs

March 14, 2021
DMM deformable mirrors correct large aberrations and shape wavefronts, including high-order Zernike modes.
DMM deformable mirrors have amplitudes of deformation up to 90 µm PV for tip-tilt to correct large aberrations and shape wavefronts, including high-order Zernike modes. They feature optical quality <7 nm RMS, settling times of 400 µs, <2% hysteresis, linearity >97%, protected silver coating, vacuum compatibility, and include software drivers for Labview, Matlab, C/C+, and Python.
