Custom and build-to-print fast steering mirror (FSM) products are specified with 5 to 200 mm apertures; aluminum, beryllium, silicon carbide, or glass substrates; up to +12º range of motion; and <1.0 µrad resolution in either open- or closed-loop operating systems. They incorporate a mirror mounted to a flexure support system that may be tilted to direct a laser beam or other light sources.
