    Optical flats and coated flat mirrors are available, including a range of noncircular shapes such as elliptical and octagonal. Manufactured from optically stable Zerodur or ClearCeram-Z, surface accuracies of better than λ/10 peak-to-valley on elliptical optical flats up to 600 mm length (long axis) are achieved. Aluminum, protected silver, and protected gold coatings are available.
