A process head for an industrial carbon dioxide laser allows the beam to be automatically focused. The head includes industrial design to aid OEMs with system integration. The head includes modular construction with 2-in.-diameter lenses that have 5- and 7.5-in. focal lengths. The device comes complete with sensor and interface electronics.
