Safety eyewear

Laser safety eyewear provides both visible and audible warning when hit with a direct laser beam to alert the wearer to move out of the beam path. The Audio Visual Alert System in the polycarbonate filters darkens when hit with a laser beam and in many cases makes clicking sounds. The filters can withstand 25 J/cm2 for more than 60 s. Eyewear is available that meets US, Canadian, and European standards.
