Sill Optics telecentric f-theta lenses have short focal length

The S4LFT4065/328, S4LFT4066/292, and S4LFT4067/075 short-focal-length telecentric f-theta lenses are available for 1064, 532, and 355 nm, all with a 15 × 15 mm scan field. The fused-silica lenses are designed with no internal ghosts or back-reflections that can damage lens elements within the lens. They also feature low absorption coatings to reduce thermal shift.
