This 100G metro 4x28G DWDM CFP transceiver is developed with mass-produced optical components, combined with maximum likelihood sequence estimation (MLSE) digital signal processing technology and a direct detection receiver, which compensates for fiber chromatic dispersion and ISI signal distortions.
