Chromacity's femtosecond oscillator provides >500 mW at 1030 nm

Feb. 19, 2014
The Spark femtosecond oscillator can be used for second-harmonic, multiphoton, and light-sheet microscopy, and optical parametric oscillation, among other applications.

The Spark femtosecond oscillator provides >500 mW at 1030 nm for second-harmonic, multiphoton, and light-sheet microscopy; optical parametric oscillation; supercontinuum generation; and Raman soliton creation. The oscillator can be controlled from a PC or smartphone through a web interface. It has a small footprint for integration into the lab.
