The Ti-LAPP laser application system is designed for inverted research microscopes. The system provides modular illumination modalities ranging from epifluorescence to total internal reflection fluorescence (TIRF), photobleaching, and digital micromirror device-mediated photoactivation. Other features include an H-TIRF module with auto-alignment, a digital micromirror device module, and NISElements software.
