Dynasil Corporation to showcase coating chamber for IR optics at SPIE Photonics West 2019

Jan. 30, 2019
The DLC Chamber for infrared optics makes the pinholes typical of systems that coat down virtually nonexistent.

The Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) Coating Chamber for infrared (IR) optics makes the pinholes typical of systems that coat down virtually nonexistent. Its plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PE-CVD) IR coating technology, which is central to the chamber, results in a product with virtually zero pinholes.
