Fused-silica laser optics transmit from the ultraviolet to the infrared up to ~2.1 µm. Designed for OEM use in surgical instruments, custom shapes can be made in sizes from 0.5 to 4.0 in. OD. Features include 10-5 scratch-dig surface quality on both faces, antireflective coating with <0.25% reflectance at 1.080 µm, and polishes of λ/10 or λ/20.
