Optical filters maker Iridian Spectral Technologies (Ottawa, ON, Canada) has added new coating systems and processing equipment to significantly expand its capacity and capability.

The company has added new deposition systems as well as automated inspection, filter handling, and filter processing equipment to enable it to support current and future needs for optical filter solutions across many application areas, including telecom/datacom, spectroscopy, and sensing and imaging, says George Laframboise, president of Iridian Spectral Technologies.
