Calcium fluoride optics operate over the range of 200 nm to 9 μm for use in spectroscopy, laser, and front surface protection applications. They are manufactured to OEM specification as planoconvex, plano-concave, and meniscus lenses; as plane, wedged, and tapered windows; and as prisms. They provide 90–95% transmission uncoated.
