Spectrolight to showcase flexible wavelength selector at SPIE BiOS 2018

Jan. 24, 2018
The FWS-Auto flexible wavelength selector is a light-filtering device that combines the precision wavelength tuning and adjustable bandwidth of a monochromator with a circular uniform aperture like a bandpass filter.

The FWS-Auto flexible wavelength selector is a light-filtering device that combines the precision wavelength tuning and adjustable bandwidth of a monochromator with a circular uniform aperture like a bandpass filter. It features sharp cut-on/cut-off wavelength characteristics and high (106) out-of-band extinction. They can be interfaced directly to a broadband light source to provide tunable illumination, or used in front of a CCD or CMOS camera to filter images.
