The Silverline fused-silica f-theta objective lenses have utility in visual monitoring of the manufacturing process in the 1030–1080 nm range. In the 500–680 nm range, lens transmission measures over 85% and enables direct process monitoring by combining an image sensor and filter. With a coating for 900–1100 nm, the lenses for the near-infrared range are especially suitable for the broader spectra typical of diode lasers.
