Dark mirror coatings from Deposition Sciences available

Nov. 30, 2018
Dark mirror coatings are used to eliminate stray light, and improve signal-to-noise ratio and contrast in imaging, displays, and hyperspectral sensors.

Dark mirror coatings are used to eliminate stray light, and improve signal-to-noise ratio and contrast in imaging, displays, and hyperspectral sensors. Designed for use in the visible through longwave-infrared (LWIR) spectral regions, typical transmission specifications range from <1% to <0.01%, depending on wavelength range and angle of incidence.
