The low-outgassing LINOS UV F-Theta Ronar Lens is designed for the 340–360 nm wavelength range.

The low-outgassing LINOS UV F-Theta Ronar lens for the 340–360 nm wavelength range accommodates disk, fiber, and diode-pumped solid-state (DPSS) lasers for wafer dicing, annealing, and solar cell processing. It handles up to 100 W power and short pulses >500 fs. The off-the-shelf fused silica lens has a broadband lens coating with back-reflection optimization.
