The Neon RD0131 advanced digital readout integrated circuit (DROIC) has an HD 1280 × 1024 format, 10-µm pitch, and triple-gain modes with programmable well capacities of 22 ke-, 160 ke-, and 1.1 Me-. It supports a read noise of 15 e- at room temperature in high gain. Available in full or quarter wafers, it is designed for shortwave-infrared (SWIR) applications.
