April 10, 2025
The ORC-Micro optical reference cavity offers a compact form factor for short-term (10-ms) laser stabilization.

The ORC-Micro optical reference cavity offers a compact form factor for short-term (10-ms) laser stabilization and subkilohertz stability performance. With a free spectral range of 4 GHz and a finesse of >50 k, it provides single-color (1542/1550-nm) optical reference options, both in free-space and fiber-coupled configurations, for applications such as laser cooling and thermal beam experiments.
