MasterSil 153AO is a two-part, electrically insulating, cured silicone. It has an elongation of 100 to 120%, tensile lap shear strength of 700 to 800 psi, thermal conductivity of 0.93 to 1.08 W/(m•K), and hardness of 65-75 Shore A, with a serviceable temperature range of -65° to 400°F. Uses include electric vehicles and applications involving sensitive optical and electronic components.
